The first thing I got from her was about a 30 page comprehensive analytical report profiling the entire market in my area. This included all the stats on houses sold in the last year and earlier, houses presently on the market, foreclosures, the demographics, trends and more. In other words; “where do you stand presently?”

  • The collateral material was polished and completely professional;
  • Professional staging and photography of the home, over 20 photos as I remember
  • “Featured Home” with a virtual video tour produced and up front on the MLS with Realtor.com
  • Home flyers, polished first class photos with exactly the right amount of information
  • Real estate blitz send out to all realtors
  • Continuous updated reports as to showings and the responses… and the showings were daily
  • I know there’s more but I knew where you stood every single day and I really didn’t have to think about it
