MEET O.J. AND SUSAN BOBEK

     The Bobek Realty Group specializes in residential and commercial listings in Montgomery and Harris Counties, Texas, including The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, Spring, Houston, and surrounding areas.

     Having been on both sides of the closing table countless times, O.J. and Susan take an individual approach to each situation. O.J. and Susan are buyer's specialist who also possess considerable expertise in representing sellers. O.J. BOBEK, REALTOR®, ABR, CCIM

     O.J. joined Keller Williams Realty in 2002 after conceiving, developing and marketing a 94-acre retirement community in Manvel, Texas, south of Houston. Real estate was a natural for O.J. after a previous career in the financial industry, where he built a highly successful institutional bond firm and trained his sales team to achieve superior closing ratios.

     An accomplished Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), O.J. holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, a certification awarded to a very limited number of individuals who have mastered the complexities of financial analysis, market analysis, user/decision analysis and investment analysis as they apply to real estate. Only six percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in the United States are CCIM, one of the most coveted and respected real estate designations in the industry.

     In 2009, O.J. became President of the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County, Texas (CREAM). CREAM is a diverse group of professionals involved in the practice of marketing and servicing commercial real estate in Montgomery County, Texas. In addition to handling sales and purchases of commercial properties, O.J. is known for his expertise in the negotiation of commercial office leases. 

     In his leisure time, O.J.’s enjoys playing golf with his two sons and hosting cook outs with his wife, Susan, on the deck of their home in The Woodlands.

 

SUSAN BOBEK, REALTOR®, ABR, E-PRO, AHLS

     Susan joined forces with her husband, O.J., in 2003 to form Bobek Realty Group (formerly the Bobek Team) and has rapidly gained a Five Star Rating from her clients for her competency, market knowledge and communication skills. She has brought invaluable high-tech skills and outstanding attention to detail to the Bobek Realty Group along with as more than 20 years of prior business experience, including past involvement in a wide range of real estate transactions with a law firm in The Woodlands.

     An accomplished Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Susan is also an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, confirming her understanding of the special needs of the luxury home marketplace. She is e-Pro Certified by the National Association of Realtors, attesting to her expertise in the competitive online real estate world.

     Susan is known for her ability to understand what individual families want in a home and for her skill at staging and presenting a home so that it sells as quickly as possible. “My first priority is to help my clients and to do what is right for them,” she says. “I pride myself on being helpful and responsive…on going the extra mile to help out, whether it’s with young couples just starting out, families moving here from another city or state, or someone who wants to upsize or downsize to another home in the same area.”

     When not working on behalf of her clients, Susan is apt to be working out at the gym, volunteering with animal welfare organizations, or playing with the two boxers the family rescued from abusive environments.
